The reading group NACHTUIL is supervised by Eliane Manquoi, a volunteer at UilenSpiegel vzw, an organisation for and by persons with mental vulnerability.
The reading group is aimed at people with mental vulnerability, like herself.
The reading group is aimed at Dutch speakers in Brussels but non-Dutch speakers are certainly also welcome. However, a thorough knowledge of Dutch is recommended as the texts are not translated.
Through text fragments and poems, we try to share experiences and emotions in a safe and pleasant environment. You do not need to be a bookworm or prepare anything
When discussing the text fragments and poems afterwards, we try to involve non-native speakers as much as possible.
Always the on first Saturday of the month from 10:00h to 12:00h.
