SIGNAL FUNCTION IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
In this consultation, social workers who are active in the neighborhood have the opportunity to present these situations to professional employees from organizations in the same environment.
Sometimes sharing information or exchanging useful contacts is enough to have new or additional possibilities in the guidance.
In addition to developing a shared trajectory, this meeting also offers the opportunity to meet care providers who are active in each other’s environment. This contributes to better orientation and integration of care in the neighbourhood.
• Sharing information about people is subject to a strict ethical framework in which participants register.
• In addition to new questions, a short feedback is given at the meeting about previously discussed situations.
• The meetings are organized 6 times a year. It is advisable to indicate in advance if you wish to present a situation.
